Senior apartments · Coffeyville, Kansas

Your own apartment. A whole building of friends.

Fifty-four apartments for people 62 and up, inside a 1920s brick warehouse we rebuilt from the floorboards out. Bring the dog.

Hello from Ninth Street

We put the party room on the first floor on purpose.

Brickyard Commons used to store paving brick. Now it stores card tables, a pool table, a quilt frame and fifty-some people who would rather walk downstairs to a game than sit home alone with the TV.

Everything here is independent living: your own lease, your own kitchen, your own key. What we add is the stuff that makes a building feel like a neighborhood. Coffee at nine, a calendar that's actually full and a staff that notices when you haven't come down in a while.

People say nice things

My mother told me she was 'not a group person.' She now runs the Tuesday pool tournament and has a nickname I'm not allowed to repeat.

I can lock my door and be alone, or walk down the hall and find a card game. At my age that's exactly the right amount of choice.
Opal R.Resident since 2019
The staff called me on a Thursday because Dad skipped coffee two days running. Turned out he had a cold and didn't want to bother anybody. That call is why we chose this place.
