Short-term rehab · Amarillo, Texas
A rehab built like a training center: therapy six days a week, a gym with real equipment and therapists who push as hard as you let them. Then a private suite and a quiet night's sleep.

Our philosophy
Most people picture rehab as a hallway and a walker. Ours is a four-thousand-square-foot gym with a treadmill, a leg press, parallel bars, practice stairs, a full kitchen and a pickup truck cab bolted to the floor, because half our guests need to climb back into one.
Our therapists come from sports medicine and hospital rehab. They measure your progress every week, adjust your plan, and push you exactly as hard as your surgeon allows. Then they send you back to a private suite to rest, because recovery happens in the hours between sessions too.

Recovery between sessions
Every guest gets a private suite. Sleep is part of the training.

A private room with walk-in shower, blackout shades, recliner and TV.

A larger suite with a sitting area for family visits.

Roll-in shower, grab bars and a fold-down seat in every suite.

A quiet private room off the gym for hands-on therapy.
Sample family reviews
Trent pushed me harder than my high school football coach. Fifteen days after my knee replacement I walked out without a walker.
Luis had Dad practicing in that truck cab every day. The first thing he did at home was drive to the feed store.
I could see my numbers go up every week. That kept me going on the hard days.
Abby got Mom swallowing safely again after her stroke. She's eating her own cooking at home now.
Private suite, blackout shades, real sleep. I didn't know rehab could feel like this.
Denise called me every night. I work nights in Dallas and she always caught me on my break.
Marcus had the home health nurse and the shower bench arranged before I even knew I needed them.
Friday steak night was the highlight of my week. The therapy was the reason I could walk to it.
My grandmother is eighty-six. They treated her like an athlete and she rose to it.

We believe recovery is earned, one rep at a time. We believe older bodies are stronger than anyone gives them credit for. We believe the goal is never the gym; it's the porch steps, the pickup truck, the grandkid on your knee. And we believe you'll get there.
