Private short-stay rehabilitation · Tyler, Texas

Recover in quiet. Go home stronger.

Forty-two private suites, therapy up to six days a week and nurses who have time to sit down with you. A calmer place to come back from surgery.

Welcome

Rest is part of the therapy.

Recovery is hard work, and it goes better when the rest of the day is easy. Every room at Azalea Court is private, with its own bath, a reclining chair for a visitor and a window onto the courtyard garden.

Your therapy is scheduled around your energy, not the building's routine. Mornings for the hard sessions, afternoons for a nap, a walk among the azaleas and supper ordered from a real menu.

Notes from our guests

After my knee replacement I was dreading a shared room. Here I had my own suite, slept through the night and walked out with a cane on day sixteen.

The nurse sat down at Dad's bedside and explained every medication change, then called me to explain it again. That's rare.
Andre W.Son of a stroke rehab guest
I had my hip done in March and was back in my rose beds by May. The therapists asked what I wanted to get back to, and then that's exactly what we practiced.

Good to know

Questions, answered

How long is a typical rehab stay?

Most short-term stays last two to four weeks, depending on goals and progress. We plan for discharge from the first day.

How often is therapy?

Most patients have physical, occupational or speech therapy five to six days a week, set by their care plan.

How do I schedule a tour?

Call or text us, or use the tour button on this page. Tours take about 45 minutes, and you are welcome to stay for a meal.

Can we visit before deciding?

Yes. Come as often as you like, at different times of day, and talk with residents, families and staff. A good decision takes more than one visit.

What does it cost?

It depends on the level of care and the room. We give you a written estimate after an assessment, with every fee listed, so there are no surprises.

What should we bring on move-in day?

Clothing labeled with the resident's name, a week of medications in their original containers, photos and a few favorite things from home. We send a full checklist before move-in.
