Physical therapy
Walking, stairs, balance and strength after surgery, a fall or illness.
Medicare Part AShort-term rehab · Duncan, Oklahoma
Physical, occupational and speech therapy six days a week, nurses on every shift and private rehab suites, for Stephens County families recovering from surgery, stroke or a hard hospital stay.

Our approach
On your first day, your therapist asks the questions that matter: how many steps up to the front door, how high is your bed, do you still drive to church on Sunday. Then therapy is built around getting you back to exactly that.
Our gym has practice stairs, a full kitchen, a tub and a real car door. When you leave, you've already done the hard parts of going home, several times, with someone beside you.

Sample family reviews
I had both knees done, one after the other. Jordan had me on the practice stairs by day four and I walked out on my own on day eighteen.
Daddy wanted to get back in his pickup. They practiced on that donated truck door every day until he could do it himself.
After my stroke I couldn't swallow water. Nathan worked with me every day, and by discharge I was eating my wife's chicken and dumplings.
Gloria called me every evening. I work in Lawton and couldn't visit every day, so those calls meant everything.
The private room was quiet and I actually slept. That made the therapy so much easier.
Debbie had the walker, shower bench and home health nurse all set before Mom came home. Nothing was left to chance.
I toured before surgery, met the therapists and knew exactly what I was in for. No surprises.

Where you'll recover
Every rehab guest has a private room with a private bath. Good sleep makes for good therapy.

A private room with walk-in shower, recliner, flat-screen TV and a window on the courtyard.

A larger suite with a small sitting area so family can stay for supper.

Every suite's bathroom has grab bars, a fold-down seat and room for a walker.

A quiet room off the gym for hands-on therapy, stretching and wound checks, away from the bustle.
