Our team

Administrator
Curtis grew up in Marlow and has run Chisholm Trail since 2011. He still walks the halls every morning and knows every guest's goal.

Medical Director
A Duncan internist who specializes in post-surgical recovery. She rounds weekly and calls your surgeon herself.

Therapy Director
Jordan leads our nine therapists and still treats guests every day. He built our practice-car setup from a donated pickup door.

Director of Nursing
Twenty years as a rehab nurse. Gloria explains every medicine change and calls families when anything changes.

Occupational Therapist
Tasha runs the practice kitchen and makes sure you can dress, bathe and cook before you go home.

Speech-Language Pathologist
Nathan works on speech, memory and swallowing after stroke, and teaches families how to help at mealtime.

Discharge Planner
Debbie lines up home health, equipment and follow-up visits so the trip home goes smoothly.
Sample family reviews
I had both knees done, one after the other. Jordan had me on the practice stairs by day four and I walked out on my own on day eighteen.
Daddy wanted to get back in his pickup. They practiced on that donated truck door every day until he could do it himself.
After my stroke I couldn't swallow water. Nathan worked with me every day, and by discharge I was eating my wife's chicken and dumplings.
Gloria called me every evening. I work in Lawton and couldn't visit every day, so those calls meant everything.
The private room was quiet and I actually slept. That made the therapy so much easier.
Debbie had the walker, shower bench and home health nurse all set before Mom came home. Nothing was left to chance.
I toured before surgery, met the therapists and knew exactly what I was in for. No surprises.

Call admissions, text with a question or book a tour. We'll have a room and a plan ready.
