Good to know

Questions, answered

Who pays for home health?

Medicare covers home health in full for patients who are homebound and need part-time skilled nursing or therapy under a doctor's plan of care. Most Medicare Advantage plans and SoonerCare also cover it.

Do you work with Creek Nation and IHS clinics?

Yes. With your permission, we coordinate with tribal health services and your clinic so care fits together. Ask our social worker how tribal benefits and Medicare work alongside each other.

What does homebound mean?

Leaving home takes considerable and taxing effort, or needs help, a device or a ride. Church, the doctor and the barber are still allowed.

How soon can care begin?

Usually within 48 hours of the referral, often the day after you get home.

What areas do you serve?

Okmulgee, Okfuskee, McIntosh and Creek counties, including Okmulgee, Henryetta, Beggs, Morris, Okemah, Checotah and Bristow.

Home from the hospital? We'll be there tomorrow.
