Original Medicare Part A can cover skilled nursing and rehab after a qualifying inpatient hospital stay of at least three days: days 1 to 20 in full, days 21 to 100 with a daily coinsurance, as long as you still need skilled care. Medicare Advantage plans have their own rules and often require approval first. We check yours before you arrive.
