Good to know
Questions, answered
Does Medicare pay for a stay here?
Medicare Part A can cover short-term skilled nursing and rehab after a qualifying inpatient hospital stay, usually three midnights as an admitted patient. The first 20 days are covered in full; days 21 to 100 have a daily copay. Medicare does not pay for long-term custodial care.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes. We accept Oklahoma Medicaid (SoonerCare) for long-term care, and our social worker helps families with the application and the financial paperwork.
How quickly can you take someone from the hospital?
Often the same or next day. Have the hospital case manager send a referral, or call our admissions line; we answer seven days a week.
Can we visit any time?
Yes. Families are welcome day or night. After 8 p.m. ring the bell at the main doors and a nurse will let you in.
What should Mom bring?
Clothes for a week, labeled with her name, sturdy shoes for therapy, her glasses and hearing aids, and a few things from home: photos, a quilt, a Bible or a radio. We'll give you a full list at admission.
Do you have a hospice option?
Yes. Residents who choose hospice can stay in their own room, and we coordinate with the hospice agency the family picks.

Come up the road and sit a while.
Call admissions any day of the week, or book a tour online. The coffee is on and the cornbread usually is too.
