Good to know

Questions, answered

Who pays for home health?

Medicare covers home health in full for patients who are homebound and need part-time skilled nursing or therapy under a doctor's plan of care. Most Medicare Advantage plans and Arkansas Medicaid also cover it.

Do I need a smartphone for telehealth?

No. If you don't have a phone or tablet that works, we lend you one and teach you to use it.

What does homebound mean?

Leaving home takes considerable and taxing effort, or needs help, a device or a ride. Church, the doctor and the barber are still allowed.

How soon can care begin?

Usually within 24 to 48 hours of the referral.

What areas do you serve?

Pope, Yell, Johnson and Logan counties, including Russellville, Dardanelle, Clarksville, Atkins, Danville, Dover, London and Paris.

Home is waiting. So are we.

Call, text, or ask your doctor or hospital case manager to send the referral to Nebo Ridge Home Health.
