Forty years on the bay
1987: the first apartments
Sixty bayfront apartments opened, and the Friday sunset social started that first summer.
1998: the Health Center
Skilled nursing and rehab came to campus, with every room facing the bay.
2017: through the storm
Hurricane Harvey tested our plan. Every resident was safe inland within a day, and home within two weeks.
Today: still on the water
Two hundred and sixty residents, four levels of care, and a sunset social that hasn't missed a Friday in forty years.
