Care & therapy

Short-term rehab after a hospital stay, and long-term nursing for those who need us longer. Medicare, Medicaid and most insurance plans accepted; our business office checks your coverage before admission.

Rehabilitation

Therapy six days a week in a 3,000 sq ft gym with parallel bars, a training stair and a practice kitchen.

Physical therapy
Walking, balance and strength after hip and knee replacement, fractures and long illness.
Medicare Part A
Occupational therapy
Getting dressed, bathing and cooking again, practiced until it's routine.
Medicare Part A
Speech-language therapy
Speech, thinking and safe swallowing after stroke or illness.

Home safety visit before discharge
Your therapist checks the steps, the tub and the rugs at your house and tells you what to change before you go home.

24-hour licensed nursing
RNs and LPNs on every shift, with a physician who rounds weekly.

Certified wound nurse on staff.

IV therapy and medication management
IV antibiotics and fluids finished here instead of in the hospital.

Oxygen, breathing treatments and daily weights after heart failure, pneumonia or a COPD flare.
