Good to know
Questions, answered
Do I have to play an instrument to live here?
Not at all. About half our residents play or sing; the other half just enjoy the music, the dining room and the company.
Is Vesper Hall assisted living?
No. We're independent senior living with services. If you need hands-on help later, licensed home health or private-duty aides can come to your apartment, and we'll help you arrange it.
Is there an entrance fee?
No. You pay a monthly fee on a twelve-month agreement, with thirty days' notice if your plans change.
Does Medicare pay for senior living?
Medicare doesn't cover rent or meals in independent living. Some long-term care insurance policies help with services. Our office can tell you what to ask your insurer.
Can I bring my piano?
Yes, if it fits. Two-bedroom apartments on the first floor take an upright easily, and our maintenance team works with a local piano mover.
Are the recitals open to the public?
Yes. Families and neighbors are welcome every Thursday. Doors open at seven.

Bring your instrument. Or just your ears.
Call or text Graham, or book a Thursday evening tour. Supper is on us, and the music starts at seven-thirty.
