Three offices. Five counties. One big porch light left on for you.

Nurses, therapists and aides who come to your home from Longview, Marshall and Henderson, covering the Piney Woods from Gilmer to Carthage. Medicare-certified since 2001.

Howdy, we're Caddo Pines

Neighborly care, with real clinical muscle.

Darlene Mims-Holloway grew up in Marshall, nursed for fifteen years at the hospital in Longview, and started Caddo Pines in 2001 because too many patients went home to a long country road and nobody checking in. She opened one office on Judson Road. Families kept calling from farther out, so she opened two more.

Today our three offices cover five counties, and every patient gets the same thing: a nurse case manager who knows them, therapists who practice in their own house, aides who show up on time, and a phone line answered by a registered nurse every hour of every night. The porch light, so to speak, is always on.

Out here, neighbors bring a casserole when you come home from the hospital. We bring the nurse, the therapist and a phone number that answers at midnight. Same spirit, more training.
