Our story

Meredith Oyelaran-Shaw spent years helping families choose between big, impersonal buildings and tiny homes with no backup. She wanted a third option.
The first home opened on a lot along Little Sugar Creek, with ten rooms, one kitchen and a porch facing the trees.
When the city's trail system reached the creek, residents suddenly had a paved path right out the back door. Morning walks became a habit.
A waiting list led to a second home on the neighboring lot. Sharing a nurse and a float team across two homes worked even better than expected.
The third home opened with a couple's suite and the long table that now hosts Sunday supper for all three houses.
We have been asked to build a fourth. For now we are staying at three, so every caregiver still knows every resident by name.
