Care & services
Every level of care we offer, what it includes and who it is for.
Where we care
The same team and the same benefit, in any of these settings.

Most patients stay in their own bed. We bring the equipment, medicines and team to the house.

If home is a facility, our team works alongside the staff there and adds hospice comfort care.

When symptoms can't be managed at home, a short stay at a contracted hospital unit, with our team still involved.
Insurance & payment
Most families owe nothing for hospice care. Here's how coverage usually works; our business office will check your specific plan.
The Medicare hospice benefit covers the team, medicines, equipment and supplies related to the hospice diagnosis, usually with no cost to the family.
Both states' Medicaid programs cover hospice. If your loved one lives in a nursing home on Medicaid, room and board continues to be covered.
Veterans enrolled in VA health care are eligible for hospice. We help coordinate with the VA.
Most employer and marketplace plans include a hospice benefit. We verify coverage before care begins.
Hospice does not pay rent or room and board in a nursing home or assisted living. Our social worker can explain the options.

A hospice nurse answers every hour of every day. Ask anything; nothing is decided until you say so.
