Wellness Director
Beth was a hospital floor nurse for fifteen years. She does every care assessment personally and gives families her direct line.
Marco Benitez
Resident Life Director
Marco runs the calendar, the walking club and the college partnerships. If there's a concert downtown, he has the tickets.
Tamika Hollis
Executive Chef
Tamika cooked in Little Rock restaurants before taking over our kitchen. Saturday mornings she's at the farmers market with a cart and three residents.

Move-in Coordinator
Lauren handles floor plans, movers and the paperwork, so families can spend moving day on the people, not the boxes.

Lead Caregiver
DeShawn leads the overnight team. Residents know his knock, and his playlists.

Facilities Director
Hal oversaw the restoration of the building and knows every pipe in it. He still has the original store ledger in his office.

Ruthie runs the front desk, the van schedule and, unofficially, the building's gossip column.
