Questions, answered
Is Marigold Place assisted living?
No. We're independent senior living with services: meals, housekeeping, transportation and a wellness nurse on weekdays. If you need more help later, licensed home health or private-duty aides can visit you in your apartment, and we'll help you find one.
Is there an entrance fee?
No. You pay monthly rent with a twelve-month lease, and you can give thirty days' notice if your plans change.
Does Medicare pay for senior living?
Medicare does not pay rent at independent senior living communities. Some long-term care insurance policies help with services, and our office can tell you what to ask your insurer.
Can I bring my car?
Yes. Every apartment comes with an assigned parking space, and cottages have covered carports.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, cats and dogs up to about 35 pounds, with a one-time pet deposit.
