Nursing & rehabilitation · Pauls Valley, Oklahoma

Garvin County's nursing home since 1964.

Long-term nursing care and short-stay rehab on North Chickasaw, with licensed nurses on every hall, therapy six days a week and three generations of local families on staff.

Sixty years on Chickasaw

Your grandparents probably visited someone here.

Rush Creek opened in 1964 with forty beds and a front porch that faced the high school. A lot of Pauls Valley families have been through our doors since then: as residents, as visitors and as staff. Our activities director's grandmother lived on the east hall. Two of our charge nurses started here as teenage aides.

We've grown to 78 beds, added a therapy gym and a rehab wing, and learned a thing or two about wound care and heart failure along the way. The oaks out front are bigger. The idea is the same: take care of people the way this town would want them taken care of.
