Up to 100 days of skilled nursing and rehab after a qualifying hospital stay; days 1–20 fully covered.
Medicare Advantage
We work with most plans in Oklahoma and handle authorizations.

Covers long-term nursing care for residents who qualify.
Private pay, insurance & VA
Long-term care insurance, VA benefits and private pay are welcome.
