Good to know

Questions, answered

Does Medicare cover rehab here?

Original Medicare Part A can cover up to 100 days of skilled nursing and rehab after a qualifying three-day inpatient hospital stay, with days 1–20 fully covered and a daily coinsurance after that. Medicare Advantage plans set their own rules; we check yours before admission.

Do you accept SoonerCare?

Yes. SoonerCare, Oklahoma's Medicaid program, covers long-term nursing care for residents who qualify. Our social services director helps families apply.

Can I tour before surgery?

Please do. Many joint-replacement patients tour a few weeks ahead and reserve a rehab room for their discharge date.

When can families visit?

Any time. After 8 p.m., ring the front bell and the charge nurse will let you in.

Do you care for residents with dementia?

Yes. Our staff are trained in dementia care, and we keep routines calm and familiar. Ask us about a care conference to plan for your parent's needs.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes, sturdy shoes, glasses, hearing aids and a few things from home: photos, a quilt, a favorite chair. We label everything at admission.
