Care & services
Every level of care we offer, what it includes and who it is for.
Rooms & suites
Every short-stay patient has a private suite. Four layouts, depending on what your recovery needs.

Our standard suite: a quiet room with a big window, a recliner for family and a walk-in shower with a fold-down seat.

Ground-floor suites opening onto the courtyard, so the walk to fresh air is part of therapy.

For longer recoveries after stroke or complex surgery, with a sitting area and space for a wheelchair to turn.

Wider doors, a reinforced bed and equipment rated for larger patients, with the same privacy and comfort.
Insurance & payment
Most of our patients are covered by Medicare or a Medicare Advantage plan. Here's how the main options work.
Part A covers up to 100 days of skilled rehab per benefit period after a qualifying inpatient hospital stay, with a daily coinsurance from day 21.
Coverage, prior authorization and copays vary by plan. We verify benefits before you arrive.
We work with most major employer and individual plans. Call us to check yours.
Ask our social worker about veterans' benefits and military coverage.
Available for stays not covered by insurance. Our business office will give you the daily rate in writing.

Call admissions seven days a week, or have your surgeon's office send a referral.
