The idea

Therapy works better outside the gym.

Our gym is excellent. But home isn't a gym. It's a gravel driveway, a curb at the grocery store, three steps up to Mom's porch in Goliad. So our therapists take you outside as soon as you're ready: down the garden path, over the little footbridge, up the practice ramp and across the uneven stones.

Indoors, you'll have a private suite, nurses around the clock and a team that meets weekly about your progress. Outdoors, under the live oaks, you'll find out you can do more than you thought.

Our story

Why we planted a garden first

Before Coleto Creek had walls, the founders walked the property and marked every live oak with ribbon. The building was designed around the trees, not the other way around.
