Before you come
Does Medicare cover rehab?
Traditional Medicare Part A covers skilled rehab after a qualifying inpatient hospital stay of at least three midnights. Observation days don't count. Medicare Advantage plans set their own rules; we'll check for you.
How long will I stay?
Most guests stay two to three weeks. Your therapists and doctor set goals with you, and we plan discharge from day one.
Is outdoor therapy safe in the Texas heat?
We walk the path early in the morning in summer, the path is shaded by oaks, and there are benches and water stations every few hundred feet.
Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?
Yes. Therapists, nurses and our discharge planner all work in English and Spanish.
Can my family visit any time?
Yes, any time, and they're welcome on the garden path and in the gym.
