Insurance & payment

Paying for rehab

Most short-term rehab is covered. Our admissions team verifies your benefits before you arrive.

Medicare Part A

Covers skilled rehab after a qualifying inpatient hospital stay of at least three midnights. Days 1–20 are covered in full; a daily coinsurance applies from day 21.

Medicare Advantage

Most plans cover skilled rehab with prior authorization, which we request for you.

Private insurance

Many employer plans include skilled rehab benefits. We'll check yours.

Texas Medicaid

Can help with costs after Medicare days run out for those who qualify. Ask our business office.

Private pay

Available for guests without coverage. We'll give you a clear daily rate in writing.

Plan your comeback.

Call admissions, text with questions, or book a tour. We'll have a room and a plan ready when the hospital says go.
