Our team

Administrator

Medical Director
An internist who has cared for Ellis County patients for thirty years. He rounds every week and calls your surgeon himself.

Therapy Director
Kayla leads a team of eleven therapists and still treats guests every morning. Joint replacement is her specialty.

Director of Nursing
Ramon has been a rehab nurse for eighteen years. He's the one who explains every medication change, twice if needed.

Occupational Therapist
Brittany runs our practice kitchen and bathroom, and makes sure you can get into your own car on discharge day.

Discharge Planner
Janet starts planning your trip home on day one: home health, equipment, outpatient therapy and follow-up visits.
Sample family reviews
I had my knee replaced in April and was dreading rehab. Kayla made me laugh every session, and on day fifteen I walked out to my daughter's car with a cane.
Dad had a stroke and couldn't button his shirt. Brittany worked with him every day in the practice kitchen. He's making his own coffee again.
The private room made all the difference. I actually slept, and that meant I had energy for therapy.
Janet had the home health nurse, the walker and the shower chair all lined up before Mom came home. Nothing fell through the cracks.
Ramon called me every evening to tell me how my wife's day went. I live in Ennis and couldn't visit every day, so that meant everything.
The therapist came out to our house before I went home and moved half my furniture. I haven't tripped once since.
I toured before my hip surgery and knew exactly what to expect. Best decision I made all year.

Call admissions, text with questions, or book a tour. We'll have a room and a plan ready when the hospital says go.
