Our team

Administrator
Dana started at Crowley's Ridge as a CNA during nursing school at A-State and came back to run the place in 2014. She's at every bell-ringing she can make.

Medical Director
An internist who has cared for Craighead County patients for twenty years. He rounds weekly and calls your surgeon himself.

Therapy Director
Kayleigh invented the lap board and keeps the Friday dessert bets honest. Joint replacement and balance are her favorites.

Director of Nursing
Eighteen years of rehab nursing. He explains every medicine change and calls families with good news first.

Occupational Therapist
Priya runs the practice kitchen. Her goal: you can make your own coffee and get into your own car before you leave.

Speech-Language Pathologist
Caleb helps stroke survivors find their words again, and teaches families how to help at mealtimes.

Discharge Planner
Rhonda lines up home health, walkers and follow-up visits so nothing falls through the cracks on the way home.
Sample family reviews
I won the lap board two weeks running and picked banana pudding both times. The other guests have not forgiven me.
When Mama rang that bell, the nurses and therapists lined the hall clapping. She cried, I cried, the CNA cried.
Caleb worked with Dad every day after his stroke. By discharge he was telling his same old jokes again, slower, but just as bad.
Kayleigh had me on the practice stairs on day three after my knee. I hated her a little. Then I walked into my house on day fifteen.
Tyrone called every night with an update. I live in Memphis and couldn't visit, so those calls kept me sane.
Rhonda had the shower bench, the walker and the home health nurse set up before I got home. I didn't make one phone call.
Private room, good food and a staff that laughed with me. If you have to do rehab, do it here.
Priya got Mom cooking again in the practice kitchen. She made biscuits for the whole therapy team before she left.
