How we care

Studio, one- and two-bedroom lofts

Exposed brick, timber beams and windows taller than you are.

Walk-in showers with grab bars and fold-down seats

Full kitchen and stacked washer and dryer

Text the front desk a photo of the problem. Most get fixed the same day.

Front desk staffed day and evening

Packages held, guests greeted, and a person to call when the power flickers.

Fitness room and Tuesday strength class

Woodshop and maker room

Table saw, lathe and a retired shop teacher who will check your fingers first.

Guest loft for visiting family

Furnished, two queen beds, book it at the desk.

Monthly first-Friday art walk and supper club

Residents pick the restaurant. The building covers the first round.
