Our team

Executive Director
Gail grew up in Grove and spent fifteen years managing hospital case work in Tulsa before coming home to run Lakehaven in 2016. She gives most of the tours herself.

Health Services Director
Bethany assesses every new resident, oversees the medication program and is the voice families hear after a doctor's visit.

Activities Director and Pontoon Captain
Rusty ran a bait shop at Honey Creek for twenty-two years. Now he runs the activity calendar, the fishing club and the Tuesday boat.

Dining Services Manager
Lupe writes the menu, fries the Friday catfish and keeps a running list of every resident's favorite birthday cake.

Overnight Care Supervisor
Sam has run our overnight shift since 2012. He knows who likes the hall light on and who wants a cup of decaf at midnight.

Community Relations Director
Jenna answers the phone, books the tours and helps families compare costs, even when the answer is somewhere other than here.
Sample family reviews
Dad kept his bass boat at Honey Creek for forty years. Now he walks to the dock every morning with his coffee and tells the young caregivers where the fish are.
Mom was alone in her house on the lake and wouldn't admit how often she was falling. Here she still has the lake, and somebody checks on her at night.
I live in Dallas. The video tour sold me, but the first time I visited, Gail took me straight to the porch and I understood why Mom loves it.
My husband is in a wheelchair now and they still get him on the pontoon every Tuesday. He looks forward to it all week.
Bethany caught that Mom's new prescription was making her dizzy before anyone else did. She called the doctor and had it changed in a day.
Friday catfish is as good as the place on the highway, and nobody has to drive.
They gave us the whole price on one page. A year and a half later, it's what we pay.

Call or text Gail to set up a visit. We'll put the coffee on and save you a rocking chair on the porch.
