Insurance & payment
Independent living is usually paid privately. Here are the ways our residents and their families make it work.
One monthly fee. No entrance fee, no buy-in and a written list of every charge.
Some policies help with home care services you might add later. We'll help with the paperwork.
Eligible veterans and surviving spouses may qualify for a monthly pension that can help with care costs.
Many residents use the proceeds of a home sale. We keep a list of local realtors and estate-sale companies who know what they're doing.
