Our people
Small enough that everybody on staff knows your name, and most of them know your dog's.
Our team

Executive Director
Joanna grew up in Garfield and spent her summers on Beaver Lake. She ran a hospital volunteer program in Fayetteville for ten years before taking the helm here in 2016.

Wellness Nurse
Marisol keeps office hours in the Lake Room every weekday morning and coordinates with doctors, pharmacies and home health agencies for residents who want the help.

Executive Chef
Tony cooked at a lake resort for twelve summers. He runs the Friday fish fry and will fry your catch if you've cleaned it.

Life Enrichment Director
Danielle books the pontoon schedule, the bus trips and the Thursday lecture series. She has never met a calendar she couldn't fill.

Grounds and Dock Master
Rafael captains the pontoon, keeps the trails clear and knows every cove between here and the dam. Ask him where the crappie are biting; he might tell you.

Move-in Coordinator
Lucía helps families pick a floor plan, plan the furniture and schedule the movers. She'll also find the best balcony for morning coffee.

Facilities Director
Greg keeps the pool warm, the elevators running and the boathouse roof dry. He answers maintenance calls himself on Saturdays.
Sample family reviews
Dad sold his bass boat when he turned eighty and was miserable about it. Here he rides the pontoon twice a week and tells Rafael how to run it.
We looked at six places in Benton County. This was the only one where a resident stopped us on the trail to say hello and then gave us a tour herself.
Mom swims every morning in the warm pool and walks the lake loop every afternoon. Her doctor asked what changed.
When I needed help after my hip, they added a few services and I never had to leave my apartment. My view didn't change one bit.
I've lived in big cities and fancy places. Nothing beats coffee on the boathouse porch with the fog lifting off the water.
The grandkids beg to visit. Fishing off the pier, the paddleboats, the cookies at the front desk. I'm not sure they come to see me.
Lucía measured Mom's china cabinet and found the one cottage wall it fit on. Small thing. Huge thing.
The Friday fish fry is the best meal in Rogers and I will not be taking questions.

Call or text Joanna, or book a tour online. Wear shoes you can walk the dock in.
