Our team

Founder and administrator
A nurse for twenty years in Tulsa, Delphine came home to Okmulgee in 2009 to open the house she had admired since girlhood.

Day nurse
Teresa is on site weekdays for vitals, wound checks and the weekly wellness visits.

Lead caregiver
Aiyana has led the day team for ten years and knows every resident's routine and every grandchild's name.

Night caregiver
Jamal keeps the house calm overnight and leaves a note for every family about the night.

Move-in concierge
Marisa guides each family from the first call through the first month, including paperwork and benefits.

Cook
Odessa cooked for the Methodist church suppers for thirty years. Her Sunday fried chicken has a following.

Life enrichment
Claire runs the rose garden club, book club and the grandchild teas.

Visiting physician (sample)
A family physician who sees residents at the house monthly, so many appointments never require a drive.

Visiting chaplain
Rev. Lee visits weekly and on request, and sits with residents of any faith or none.

Maintenance and grounds
Ben keeps the old house running, the roses watered and the porch swings oiled.
Sample family reviews
Mother has worn a hat to Sunday dinner every week since she moved in. Odessa says it is the best-dressed table in the county.
Delphine grew up two streets from my mother's house. They talk about the old neighbors for hours.
The rose garden club has given Dad a job again. He has opinions about every bush.
Marisa handled the VA paperwork from start to finish. I just signed where she pointed.
My grandmother has a best friend for the first time since the 1960s. They sit together at tea every day.
Teresa caught Mom's infection early and called me before the doctor's office did.
The grandchild teas are adorable. My daughter wore her Easter dress and poured for Grandma.
Jamal leaves a little note about Dad's night. I read it with my coffee every morning in Dallas.
When Mama went on hospice, the whole team came to her room with a rose from the garden.
Sixteen suites means everybody knows everybody. It feels like a big family house.
We toured places in Tulsa and Muskogee. Nothing compared to the light in that parlor.

Tours end in the parlor at three o'clock whenever we can manage it. Call Delphine, or book a time below.
