Executive Director
Jonah spent ten years in human resources in Bentonville and watched colleague after colleague move a parent across the country. He opened Shiloh Creek in 2019 to make that move easier.

Resident Care Coordinator
Nia schedules the caregivers and makes sure the same faces show up at the same doors every morning.

Studio and Life Enrichment Director
Bev taught high school art in Rogers for thirty years. She runs the studio, the woodshop and the museum trips, and she will make you try the pottery wheel.

Culinary Director
Marco cooked in restaurants on the Bentonville square before he came to Shiloh Creek. Friday is his green chile chicken enchiladas.

Fitness and Wellness Coordinator
Darnell leads the greenway walking club and the balance classes, and he keeps a running tally of everyone's miles.

Community Relations Director
Renata gives the tours in English or Spanish, helps families plan the move from out of state and knows every mover between here and Tulsa.

Business Office Manager
Hannah handles the bills, the long-term care insurance claims and the VA paperwork, and she explains all of it twice if you ask.
Sample family reviews
Mom lived four hours away in Joplin and I was driving up every other weekend. Now she's ten minutes from my house and comes to every one of Ella's games.
I had never touched clay in my life. I have now made eleven bowls, and my son has to keep all of them.
Marcus called me at ten at night to tell me Dad's blood pressure was high, what he'd done about it, and that he'd check again at midnight. He did.
Renata found us movers in Tulsa, measured the apartment for Dad's recliner and had his pictures hung before we got here. I didn't think it could be that easy.
I walk the greenway every morning with Darnell's club. Two miles now. My cardiologist wants to know what I'm doing.
The grandkids ride their bikes over on the trail after school. That alone was worth the move.
Mamá likes that she can talk to Renata and half the caregivers in Spanish. She says it feels less like a facility and more like her sister's house.
We used the long-term care policy Dad bought twenty years ago. Hannah filed every claim. We never saw a form.
I came for a two-week trial stay after my hip. I went home, sold the house and came back in a month.
Saturday pancakes are chaos and my kids love it. My father-in-law is the loudest one at the table.

They'll find the studio and the cookie jar. You'll find the answers to your questions. Call or text Renata to set a time.
