Insurance & payment

Paying for The Whitlock

We are a private-pay residence. Here is how most families put it together, and our business office will help with each one.

Private pay

One monthly statement: rent plus your care level. No entrance fee and no long-term contract.

Long-term care insurance

Many policies reimburse assisted living. We complete the monthly forms for your carrier.

VA Aid & Attendance

Wartime veterans and surviving spouses may qualify for a monthly pension toward care. We'll help gather the paperwork.

Life insurance and home sale

Some families use a life-insurance conversion or the sale of a house. We can recommend local advisors who handle both.
