Insurance & payment
Paying for independent living
Our business office will talk through costs with you before you commit to anything. Here is how most residents pay.
Private pay
Most residents pay the monthly fee from savings, pensions, Social Security or the sale of a home.
No entrance fee
There is no buy-in, so your savings stay yours. A one-time community fee covers move-in.
Long-term care insurance
Usually doesn't cover independent living rent, but many policies help pay for home care if you need it later. Bring your policy and we'll read it with you.
Veterans benefits
Some veterans and surviving spouses qualify for VA pension benefits that can help with care-related costs. Ask us for the local veterans service officer.
