Good to know

Questions, answered

Can couples stay together if one needs more care?

Often, yes. We offer couples' suites in Primrose House, and when one spouse needs memory care or nursing care, the other can live a short garden walk away.

What contracts do you offer?

A life care contract, with an entrance fee and monthly fees that stay steadier as your needs change, and a monthly rental with no entrance fee. We'll explain both, in writing.

Does Medicare pay for assisted living or memory care?

No. Medicare doesn't cover assisted living, memory care or long-term custodial care. Original Medicare Part A can cover short-term skilled nursing and rehab after a qualifying inpatient hospital stay.

Do you accept Medicaid?

Yes, in our skilled nursing center. Our business office can help you understand Arkansas Medicaid eligibility.

Can we really get married here?

Yes. Residents and their families may use the arbor and the chapel for weddings and vow renewals. Ask Sophie about dates.

The roses bloom in June. Come see them.

Call Lillian or book a tour online. Tea is always on.
