Our team

Executive Director
Annette grew up in Elgin, started here in 2008 as the leasing coordinator and has run the Ridge since 2016. She still gives most of the tours herself.

Director of Health Services
Twenty years in nursing, the last nine leading our assisted living team. Danielle does every care assessment personally.

Visiting Physician
A Lawton internist who sees residents in our clinic room every Wednesday, for those who choose him as their doctor.

Executive Chef
Tomás cooked in Oklahoma City hotel kitchens for a decade. His green chile stew sells out the café on cold Fridays.

Life Enrichment Director
Keisha books the speakers, runs the trips to the refuge and has never lost a bingo argument.

Move-in Coordinator
Hannah plans every move-in day, from the floor plan sketch to the first supper, and calls each family a week later.

Wellness Coordinator
A certified trainer who teaches balance class, runs the pool schedule and talks every new resident into one tai chi morning.

Night Charge Nurse
Carol Ann has worked nights at the Ridge since 2011. Families know her voice from the late phone calls.

Chaplain
Marcus leads Thursday vespers and visits anyone who asks, whatever their faith or none.

Housekeeping Manager
Rosa's team of nine keeps 112 homes spotless and knows which residents want the radio left on.
Sample family reviews
Dad retired from Fort Sill as a sergeant major and he runs the woodshop like one. He has built birdhouses for half the cottages, and the staff let him.
We came for independent living in 2017. When my wife needed help after her stroke, she moved down the hall to assisted living and I still eat supper with her every night.
Danielle sat at my kitchen table for an hour before Mom moved in. She asked about the hymns Mom likes and how she takes her coffee. Both were right on day one.
I live in Stuttgart. Hannah walked me through Mother's apartment on a video call while the movers were still there. I cried, and then I slept for the first time in a month.
The tai chi teacher is half my age and twice as patient. I can stand on one foot again, which I have not been able to say since the Carter administration.
Mom stayed six weeks for respite after her hip surgery and asked to come back for good. That was all the review I needed.
Carol Ann called me at two in the morning to say Dad had a fever and the on-call doctor had been reached. She called again at six to say it had broken. That is the whole reason we chose this place.
Good food, a pool that is actually warm, and a view of Mount Scott from my bed. I tell my friends in town they are doing it wrong.
They took Dad and three other veterans to the refuge to see the buffalo on Veterans Day. He talked about it until Christmas.
The paperwork for Aid and Attendance had me stuck for months. The business office sat with me twice and it was approved in the spring.

Tours run six days a week and lunch is on us. Call, text or book online, and Annette or Hannah will meet you at the Commons.
