No interest, no fees, no credit check. Payment 1 is charged today; payments 2–6 on the 1st of each month. Hosting is billed on the 1st of each month, starting the 1st after your site goes live (the days before that 1st are free), together with any remaining payments; after the 6th payment only hosting continues.
