Overview

Census Web Studio (“we”), a division of Echelon Excellence Group LLC, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website or contact us.

Information we collect

This website does not use cookies for advertising. If you email, text or call us, we receive the information you choose to share (such as your name, business, phone number and project details).

When you buy a design, checkout happens on a secure page hosted by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your payment details; we receive your name, business name, email, phone number, billing address, the design and the payment plan you chose. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment page.

Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We also count visits with our own privacy-respecting statistics, run on our server and shared with no one: no cookies and nothing stored in your browser, and no IP addresses are saved. Each visit gets an anonymous code that changes every day, and we see only totals (pages viewed, how the visitor found us, country, device type, and actions such as tapping call, text or checkout). These statistics are deleted after about 13 months.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, build and support your website, and send invoices. We never sell or rent your information.

How long we keep your data

Buyer contact details (name, business name, email, phone number and billing address) are kept while your account is active and for up to 7 years after your order closes, because tax and bookkeeping rules require it. Email us and we remove them earlier wherever the law allows.

Payment amounts, dates and Stripe transaction ids are kept as bookkeeping records. Stripe is the payment processor of record and holds its own copy of your payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your full card number.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing inquiries@echelonexcellence.com. We keep project records only as long as needed for business and legal purposes (see “How long we keep your data”).

Health information

This website is for organizations buying websites. Please do not send us patient or resident health information. The sample design sites show fictional organizations.
