Agreement

By using this website or purchasing a website package you agree to these terms with Census Web Studio, a division of Echelon Excellence Group LLC.

Website designs

Designs shown in our collection are original works of Census Web Studio. Each design is sold to a single client. Once purchased, a design is marked sold and is not resold or reused. Sample sites use fictional organizations, sample notices and licensed stock photography. Each client is responsible for the accuracy of its own content, including clinical claims, payer information, licensing details and legal notices, which should be reviewed by its compliance officer or counsel before launch.

Pricing and payment

Package prices are fixed fees in U.S. dollars, paid online through Stripe. At checkout you choose to pay in full, or in 6 monthly payments at 0% interest. On the monthly plan the first payment is charged at checkout and the other five on the 1st of each following month; the design payments stop automatically after the sixth payment. The six payments add up to exactly the design’s price (any rounding cents are added to the first payment). There is no interest and there are no fees. You may pay off the remaining payments early at any time, at no extra cost: just ask us. If a payment is disputed with your bank, all future charges, including hosting, stop while the dispute is open.

Prices exclude applicable sales tax.

Choosing monthly payments is a commitment to pay the full price. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you; the remaining balance stays due. You may pay off the remaining balance early at any time: contact us, and the remaining payments are charged as one invoice at no extra cost.

A design is marked sold when checkout completes. While your checkout is open (up to about 30 minutes), the design is held for you. Typical launch time is about 3 days after we receive your content.

Billing dates and hosting. All recurring charges are billed on the 1st of the month. On the 6-payment plan, payment 1 is charged at checkout and payments 2 to 6 on the 1st of each following month (a checkout on the 1st itself pays payment 2 on the 1st of the next month). Hosting is a monthly fee billed on the 1st of each month, starting the 1st after your website goes live; the days between going live and that 1st are free, and hosting is never prorated or charged at checkout. If you pay in full, hosting is charged to the card you used at checkout. On the 6-payment plan, hosting is added to your remaining monthly payments and continues on its own after your sixth payment. The monthly amount comes from the design you buy and is shown on its card and checkout page: $79–$149/mo, based on its complexity ($79 at $1,500, rising to $149 at $7,500). Hosting covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring and small updates, is month to month, and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Cancelling hosting never changes your remaining design payments. If hosting lapses (unpaid after Stripe’s retries, or cancelled) or a payment is charged back, hosting stops and your website may be taken offline until the account is settled; the design stays sold to you and is not resold or reused. Domains and third-party subscriptions are billed separately at cost.

Ownership

Upon full payment you own your website content, images you supply and your domain. We retain the right to show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Revisions and refunds

Each package includes a round of revisions before launch. Payments are non-refundable once design work begins; we will always work with you to make it right.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the package. We are not responsible for third-party services such as scheduling tools, payment processors or hosting outages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
